Gifted Draft Rule Update

ODEW is holding a public meeting Thursday, January 18th from 9am until 12pm where members of ODEW will hear public comment on this draft. OAGC will be providing comments and will address four major areas of concern: student talent development, cluster grouping, requirements around WEP meetings, and professional development hours. This meeting will be live streamed on the ohiochannel.org.
Deadline for comments on this draft is February 11th. Comments can be emailed to [email protected]

The Gifted Advisory Council’s Equitable Identification Practices Workgroup is meeting January 24th from 12pm – 1:30pm. Members of the public may join the meeting, but are not permitted to speak.
